Despite the length of this clip, it came together remarkably quickly.

I picked this scene because I wanted to test my shadow work. It was great fun playing with the highlights and adding colour details to the small crowd of extras standing behind Barbara.

​

I really enjoyed doing a 'moss-covering concrete' style floor, the blue of the skip and the yellow wicker basket.

 

I worked hard on making sure the highlights *really* popped - such as the reflection on the Roboman's helmet and the low hanging lightbulbs in the mine. This meant playing particular attention to the silver collar on the Dalek and the highlights on Jenny and Barbara's hair.
